Vista Terrace Goes Condo - On Market Now

Vista Terrace (circa 1966) at the corner of Tacoma Avenue North and North 4th Street has gone condo and fourteen units hit the market today.  All units are 2 bedrooms with 1.75 bath at around 1160 square feet.  Prices range from $295k for the first floor up to $380k for the fifth floor.  Several of us had noticed the work being done on the building and figured it had to be going condo…  I don’t think enough of us cared enough to confirm.  Has anybody seen the inside of the units yet?
