Voelpel Follows Up on The Haub Skyscraper

Last August we first discussed the potential that Erivan Haub would use his land for a sixteen story commercial building project.  Today’s TNT has a follow up story on the potential project.  Status – nothing’s changed.  Nobody’s willing to commit to 25% of the building a couple years in advance so the project remains an architectural drawing.  At the same time we’re effectively out of class A office space.  So, we wait.

There are a few other rumors going around town about new class a space, but they are rumors at best.
