Weekend Planning
How did Friday get here so quick? So here are the picks for this weekend as defined by everybody that’s emailing me today:
- The Animalocity Pet Parade & Festival is tomorrow, August 26th, in Opera Alley (Previously Here)
- If you’re more into the community events around town, the East Side rally against crime and grime is tomorrow, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Sheridan Elementary School. “The event will feature information booths, a march against crime, food and beverages, local entertainment and a Tacoma celebrity dunk tank.”
- Finally, Kulture Lab, a celebration of fashion, art and music will be at the Catapult Gallery (next to the Grand Cinema) tomorrow night from 7:00 to 10:00. Free.

Roca Rum, I just threw up a little in my mouth. Maybe a Peppermint Roca Rum in celebration of Brown and Haley defeating the tax on candy, i’m sorry I meant, tax on “food”.

Big plans, thin wallets…. I showed these guys property last year. I heard they don’t have the funds and since they still haven’t selected a location in this depressed market the rumors are probably true… good luck to them though.
