Well That Was Unexpected ...

In what has to be one of the more frustrating moments in Exit133’s history, our webhost of ten years had a little issue on Friday that resulted in our servers disappearing into the ether of the internets. While the word on the street is that the website still exists and the databases will be accessible, they’ve provided us with no timeline. Therefore, we moved to a new server and restored Exit133 to our last offsite backup – which means we’ve lost about five days worth of articles and comments.

We have all of your comments in email. We may add them back in ourselves or restore it from the more current backup when it appears again in San Diego, Seattle, Emeryville, or wherever it ended up. We’ll figure that out this week.

We’re definitely sorry for the inconvenience. At least there wasn’t a City Council meeting last week …
