We're Video Podcasting!
Exit133’s newest video is now available on iTunes as a podcast. This time we chatted with Pete Weikel of Stadium Bistro while he cooked up some of his signature dishes.
Our previous videos can be found in the podcast directory as well, and as we create more we’ll put them on iTunes a day before we put it up on Google Video or post it on Exit133. The quality is much better in the podcast form, and you’ll automatically receive them in your iTunes directory so you know you’ll never miss one.
If you haven’t set up the podcast already, follow the link to the on the homepage, click here (it will open iTunes on you, so don’t be surprised), or type Exit133 into the store search window.
Enjoy.

Tall Ships was a tremendous disappointment. The festival needs to be more clear on when the ships are leaving dock for a sailing. I went with my wife and two sons early on the 4th (10:30am), expecting to be able to visit the ships. Unbenounced to us they main ships promptly set-sail at 11am. There were not any clear signs on when the ships set-sail or would even return. When finally finding someone who knew something (blue shirts everywhere, but no one had the answer), they said they would come back after about 1.5- 2 hours. AMAZING! WE just paid $20 to see little tiny sail boats….I usually don’t complain, but this was ridiculous. You have to figure that people would come early on the 4th to see the boats, then head to Ruston in the afternoon for the Freedom Fair.
I was very disappointed and if they come back to Tacoma would not go back.

I would agreer that the ships schedules should be posted. Having been in Tacoma the last time they were here, and seeing that you could book a cruise on several of them, I knew they would not be in dock the entire time they were here. I actually wanted a schedule of when they would be out having their gun battles so I could take the kids to the water front to watch.
All in All, this is an outstanding event. I’m already looking forward to 2011 when they come back. Do you think Anthony’s takes reservations that far in advance?
