What do the WA Historical Society and Neil Young Have in Common?

Here’s a fun little note for your Friday. This image, showing a 1935 re-enactment of a wagon train procession along the Oregon Trail comes from the Washington State Historical Society’s collection. According to a post from the Historical Society, the image will be appearing as a graphic in the forthcoming Americana album by Neil Young, which is expected to be released this summer. That’s kind of fun.

Very cool! Maybe WSHM can pair up with Broadway Center to get Neil to play a show at the Pantages.
