What Will Happen to El Guadalajara?

So once upon a time we had heard that the Stadium District’s El Guadalajara was purchasing their building from John Peranzi.  We even received an email from Mr. Peranzi telling us that it made sense for them to own the building.  Then, this may be old news to some, I heard yesterday that John Xitco of Asado is claiming to be the new owner of the building.  What happened to the El Guadalajara deal?  We hear that the original deal was ‘signed’ with a handshake and prices changed, players changed, and the deal went to someone else.  Ouch.  I’ve heard this from a few independent folks, but is it true?

Anybody know how much time is left on the lease?
