The week got off to an ambitious start with blue skies for the Pacific Avenue Streetscape groundbreaking ceremony in Fireman’s Park.

But before the shovels glow sticks, local politicians, and assorted stakeholders showed up for the ceremony, someone was out to leave a little message.
