World Affairs Council Tacoma Annual Reception

The World Affairs Council Tacoma organizes and promotes activities that enhance public awareness and interest of international, cultural, economic, and political issues. Their functions include lectures, discussion groups, networking events, professional development programs, and receptions for international visitors.

Next Thursday, October 8th, is the World Affairs Council Tacoma’s 20th Annual Consular Reception at Annie Wright School. Countries sending consulars to the event include Seychelles, Canada, the Republic of Korea, the Russian Federation, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Australia, Belgium, Cambodia, France, Jamaica, Peru, the Republic of Estonia, Spain, Hungary, and Japan.

It’s open to the public and should be a great evening.
