Maybe it would be easier to list what areas will be open.

This is the first online mention I've seen of the Portland Ave./River Road/etc., debacle, er, construction project. Where can I find day to day postings as to when and what parts of the junction will be closed so I can avoid them? Especially for weekends? And why on earth don't they put signs up on River Road after the Pioneer St. intersection so that we *can* avoid the "from River Road to NB I-5 is closed so we're going to reroute you clear down to 38th St." mess???

That's what happens when you live in a media desert, or at least a semi-arid media landscape on the periphery of the Seattle market. Thanks to all our Seattle media it's easy to find out when the Alaskan Way Viaduct and 520 are closed...
