Free Admission to All Volunteers During National Volunteer Week, April 6 -12

Tacoma, Wash. — Museum of Glass will offer free admission to volunteers during the 40th anniversary of National Volunteer Week, April 6 – 12, 2014. National Volunteer Week celebrates ordinary people doing extraordinary things to improve communities across the nation. This year’s theme Celebrate Service is focused on inspiring, recognizing and encouraging people to seek out imaginative ways to serve their communities. 

All volunteers will receive free admission to Museum of Glass on Sunday, April 6 from 12 – 5 pm and Wednesday, April 9 through Saturday, April 12 from 10 am – 5 pm by showing their volunteer badge. Free admission is available only to active volunteers and excludes spouses, friends, family members, etc.
