Hearing for Intent to Sell Foss Waterway Land

The Foss Waterway Development Authority will hold a public hearing for the intent of selling a certain property on the Thea Foss Waterway March 27, 2013 at the Foss Waterway Development Authority at 535 Dock Street, Suite 204, Tacoma, WA.  The property will be made available for mixed-use development which may include retail, cafe and processing uses. The property is described as follows:  The property is commonly known as sites 6 located at 15th Street and Dock Street in Tacoma.

Site 6 Legal Description:
Section 04 Township 20 Range 03 Quarter 24 Tacoma Tidelands Parcel “A” of DBLA 2008-10-09-5002 described as Lot 21 through 24 B 62. Except the easterly 53 feet thereof.  Ease of Record out of 207-0- SEG 2009-0327 JU 10/20/08JU
