Monday Mixer For Downtown Development

Monday Mixer networking event on April 29 spotlights opportunities to invest and develop in downtown Tacoma

The City of Tacoma’s fourth quarterly Monday Mixer at the Hotel Murano (1320 Broadway) on April 29, from 5 – 6:30 p.m., is geared to developers, investors, property owners, brokers, contractors, architects and engineers interested in investment and development opportunities in downtown Tacoma.

“This is about coming together to take a closer look at Tacoma’s urban fabric and see what we can do to attract more businesses and develop appealing, mixed-use communities in downtown Tacoma,” said Mayor Marilyn Strickland, who has made it a personal priority to host each Monday Mixer.

Key staff from the City of Tacoma’s Community & Economic Development and Planning & Development Services departments will be at the April 29 event to discuss investor and developer incentives, as well as available public and private development sites.
