Only Six Spots Left at Children's Museum Preschool

The Tacoma Children’s Museum’s preschool has only six openings still available for fall enrollment.

On September 11, 2012 the Children’s Museum of Tacoma will launch a new preschool at its facility located at 1501 Pacific Avenue in downtown Tacoma.  Inspired by the best in early learning childhood education, the preschool will honor the mission of the museum and celebrate the power of play in the lifelong journey of learning. Serving children ages 3-5 years old and their adults, the preschool will provide a nurturing, creative and one-of-a-kind museum-inspired environment that harnesses the power of play.

Some of the unique preschool features include:

• 1:6 adult to child ratio, plus inclusion of parents in cooperative options and celebrations
• Documentation of child’s growth and development over academic year
• Commitment to whole family learning, including resources for the adults and parents.
• Classes are facilitated by experienced Museum program staff.
• Museum membership included with enrollment
• Curbside drop-off options
