SR 512 ramp to southbound I-5 closed Wednesday night

Drivers on westbound State Route 512 heading to southbound Interstate 5 in Lakewood should expect a detour one night next week. 

From 10 p.m. Wednesday, July 2 through 4 a.m. Thursday, July 3, crews will close the westbound State Route 512 exit to southbound I-5. Drivers will follow a signed detour. 

The closure will allow crews to install infrastructure for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). The work is related to the I-5 – SR 510 to SR 512 Congestion Management project.
