FYI, on the 4th for the Ruston Way show, at least last year, route 13 was re-routed, stayed up along Yakima Ave, and didn’t get close at all to old town. Since the bus measure failed, PT cut way back and cancelled all special event service. And the 13 shuts down too early to get anyone home after the fireworks.
