Bike-car battles: Time to get along

So often we see transportation stories and funding battles break down into a simplistic bike people versus car people division.

Knute Berger takes a look at the history of tensions between cars and bikes (and pedestrians too) in our area, and makes an appeal for a move away from polarization, and toward acceptance on both sides.
