New Campus Eateries

We always like to hear about new dining options in Tacoma, so we've been enjoying seeing the "coming soon" signs accompanying recent work on and around the UWT campus.

It can be hard to keep track of what's open now, and what is still coming soon... The UWT news and info page has the latest, including the already open Granola's (fro-yo and more), the soon to be open Jimmy John's and Than Brothers Pho. Oh, and there's a new food cart called "Budha Bear Bagels & Café," which plans to be open for business in the parking lot off Jefferson (just uphill and around the curve from Twokoi) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

So, who's hungry?
