Tacoma's historic Webster apartments have a new Seattle owner

A group of Seattle-based investors has purchased the historic Webster apartment building at South 7th and Saint Helens in Tacoma.

The group paid $3 million for the property, and plans to invest another $500,000 in the remodel, and from the sound of it, they have plenty of nice things to say about investing in Tacoma.

The TNT quotes one of the group: "“Y’all have done so much with the town in the past 20 years. It’s been wonderful to watch. We are excited about owning something in Tacoma.”
