The Long, Regulatory Road to America's First Cat Cafe

Apparently cat cafes are a thing in other parts of the world, from Japan to Europe. 

We had no idea. 

Now some feline-loving entrepreneurs are trying to bring them to the states, but encountering significant regulatory hurdles.

It looks like plans are moving forward in San Francisco, which leads us to ask: is Tacoma ready for a cat cafe?
