TWOKOI: Outstanding Sake Program Led by Level One Certified Sake Sommelier

For years now Twokoi has been serving quality sushi from their little corner on South 17th across from UWT and Tollefson Plaza. Their expert sushi chefs put together some pretty stunning rolls, both traditional, and more creative concoctions. 

They've got a pretty good sake selection too - the largest in the Northwest, and one of the top two sake tasting programs in the US, according to at least one magazine.

A sake tasting at Twokoi can take you through the different kinds of sake - hot, cold, and butty - with more than 40 different sakes to choose from. And if you're looking for something special, they offer sake dinners called omakase, which pair multiple courses with the perfect sake.
