District 1 Bingo

For those of you interested in the competition to fill Anders Ibsen's City Council District 1 seat for the next year,

Interviews go live at noon. You can stop by in person or catch them on TV Tacoma. Or just watch the Exit133 Twitter feed...

All 15 candidates will be interviewed in alphabetical order. Each will be given three minutes to present an introduction, including a description of their qualifications and answers to these questions:

Since this is a temporary position, how do you view your role on the City Council?
What are the three most important issues facing District No. 1?

The Mayor and Council Members will have an opportunity to ask additional questions, with each interview lasting approximately 10 minutes total. Following the interviews, Council will discuss candidate qualifications, and make an appointment at this evening's Council meeting.

RR Anderson has created a scorecard to keep track of the numerous candidates.

Wow a Tacomic we can comment on without having to use Facebook. This is so awesome. How about RR Anderson as a city council member choice At least he would make us laugh and might even make watching the council meetings on TV Tacoma funny and entertaining again
