Resolution No. 38148 authorizes the execution of an interlocal agreement with Pierce Transit, in the amount of $342,548, budgeted from the Streets Special Revenue Fund, for equipment installation and annual maintenance for the Transit Signal Priority Project located in the downtown area.

Resolution No. 38149 appoints individuals (Jeanie Peterson and Willie Davis) to the Citizen Review Panel.
RESOLUTIONS
Resolution No. 38150 declares surplus certain City-owned property lying within the South Shirley Street right-of-way, north of South 12th Street; and conveying said property to Habitat for Humanity at no cost, to provide additional affordable housing for low-income families.
Purchase Resolution No. 38151 awards contracts to:
- Corporate Express, a Staples Corporation, in the amount of $280,000 for General Government and $270,000 for Tacoma Public Utilities, for a combined total of $550,000, plus sales tax, for a cumulative total of $4,790,000, budgeted from various departmental funds, to increase and extend the contract for office supplies through April 30, 2011 – Specification No. CT04-0652F;
- Holroyd Company, Inc., in the amount of $750,000, plus sales tax, for a cumulative total of $1,500,000, budgeted from various departmental funds, to increase the contract for crushed and natural aggregate on an as-needed basis – Specification No. CT08-0746F; and
- Serpanok Construction, Inc., in the amount of $75,000, sales tax not applicable, for a cumulative total of $243,925, budgeted from the Streets Special Revenue Fund, to increase the contract for additional project work for the construction of ADA ramps – Specification No. PW10-0165F.
FINAL READING OF ORDINANCES
Ordinance No. 27789 vacates a portion of the South Shirley Street right-of-way, lying between the alley south of South 11th Street and a point north of the South 12th Street right-of-way, to combine the vacated right-of-way with the adjoining property for the development of approximately six homes. (Habitat for Humanity; File No. 124.1305)
Ordinance No. 27942 authorizes a decrease in 2011 property tax revenue collection, in terms of both dollars and percentage, for the Emergency Medical Services property tax levy.
Ordinance No. 27943 authorizes an increase in 2011 general property tax revenue collection, in terms of both dollars and percentage, for the general property tax levy in 2011.
Ordinance No. 27944 fixes the amount of the 2011 Emergency Medical Services tax levies.
Ordinance No. 27945 fixes the amount of the 2011 Ad Valorem property tax levies.
Ordinance No. 27946 adopts the 2011-2012 Biennial Budget of the City of Tacoma.
FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES
Ordinance No. 27956 amends Chapters 8.12 and 11.05 of the Municipal Code, relating to public disturbance noise, to change the penalty for loud vehicle sound systems from a crime to a civil infraction.
Ordinance No. 27957 grants a limited franchise to the Puyallup Tribe of Indians to install conduits in East R Street between East 29th and East 32nd Streets for the future development of a private electrical and communications network.
Ordinance No. 27958 amends Chapter 6A.30 of the Municipal Code, relating to Business and Occupation Tax, to increase the annual gross income taxable minimum threshold from $75,000 to $250,000 beginning January 1, 2011; and adding a tax credit to incrementally increase the taxes paid for gross income over $250,000 and up to $300,000.
Ordinance No. 27959 amends Chapter 6A.20 of the Municipal Code, relating to Admission Tax, to exempt Class B license holders from the cabaret tax.

Good coverage Halley. However, from your post, it is not quite clear if you are showing what passed and what the votes were. It just looks like you listed the Agenda.
